Terms, Disclaimers, and Limitations
To ensure clarity and understanding, the following terms and conditions apply to all enterprise and residential service plans:
General Terms (applies to all plans):
- Prices listed above do not include the cost of parts. All parts and hardware costs will be billed separately.
- Service hours that exceed the plan's included hours will be billed at the hourly rate stated in the plan.
- Unused service hours do not roll over to the next month.
- For any service that requires travel beyond 30 miles of our office, travel fees will be added.
Enterprise Plan Terms:
- On-site visits are available for the Pro and Premium plans. Basic plan customers can request on-site visits at an additional fee.
- Custom IT infrastructure management under the Premium plan may require additional assessments before implementation.
- Quarterly consulting sessions are included in the Premium plan, with additional consulting sessions available at discounted rates.
- 24/7 priority support is limited to emergency situations such as system failures and critical outages.
Residential Plan Terms:
- System repairs do not cover software licenses. Customers must have valid software licenses.
- Advanced repairs or custom projects (such as network setups or hardware installations) may require an initial assessment to determine the scope and cost.
- Customers requesting premium hourly services for specialized work (e.g., network setups) must schedule in advance to guarantee availability.
- Same-day service requests are subject to availability. We recommend scheduling at least 24 hours in advance.
